Jin Piing Enterprise Co. Ltd. was originally founded in 1979 for the production of speciality chemicals, based on 2 component epoxies and some resins and all kinds of glue and adhesives.. During the years we created the new CHEMMER Enterprise Co. Ltd., based in Taipei, Taiwan. CHEMMER Enterprise Co. Ltd., started to produce mainly DIY + professional products, for worldwide known brands in their design.

In september 2003, we have opened our european branch office in Birmingham (UK). The Chemmer Europe Ltd., and its subsidary in Germany, located near to the Dutch boarder in a town called Ahaus, is exclusively responsible for the european market. Since we have been able to build the new production and logistic center at our Chinese factory with 17.000 sqm. space, we also have been in the position to enlarge our activities european wide and we are now able to realize the shortest delivery times and extremely high quality demands. Independent SGS-approvals are allways done. We are well prepared to get our production facilities in Shenzen (China) soonest certified by ISO 9001 .
